School Life

A happy, vibrant community is at the heart of what we do at Gyan Ganga International School, one of the top boarding schools in Madhya Pradesh. It is how we come to know our students and enable them to develop relationships with staff that last beyond their life at the School. It is how individuals learn to build upon their strengths, grow in confidence and be at ease with them. It is how they learn to recognize and value the strengths of others.

The personal commitment of Gyan Ganga International School is the foundation of our success. The School’s house structure plays an important role in individual development, helping to build camaraderie and fostering a sense of belonging. There are four houses, each with a Housemaster or Mistress and a team of house staff, who are responsible for the day-to-day arrangements of a student’s life at school. As a result, they are uniquely positioned to oversee both pastoral and academic progress.

Students share all other facilities so that everyone interacts with each other daily. There is a wide range of inter-house competitions, as well as a regular program of weekend activities for boarders at the top boarding school in India. All students are provided with proper communication facilities enabling them to stay in touch with their home.

We know from experience that co-education creates many advantages. A balance between the sexes among both students and staff produces a relaxed, but lively atmosphere. It leads to a greater variety of activities and points of view, helping to broaden the outlook of our students. For those with brothers or sisters, it enables them to share their life at school.
The relationship between the House staff and parents is very affable. It provides an important medium for the dialogue that is so essential to individual growth and progress.
